DESIGN
DEVELOPMENT
After your feedback, we finalise the layout and present 3D views, material selections, and a detailed FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) package.
Phase Four
TENDER
DOCUMENTATION
We prepare all necessary drawings and schedules for construction, coordinating with consultants to ensure a seamless process.
We assist during the tender stage, offering solutions for cost-saving and capturing design changes for the final construction documentation.
Phase Five
CONSTRUCTION
PHASE
We oversee the construction process through site visits, shop drawing approvals, and adjustments to ensure your vision is realised and accurately executed.
Phase Six
STYLING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Once construction is complete, we source furniture, artwork, and décor to bring the final design to life.
We organise professional photography to capture the finished project in its best light.
